The Sensory Side of Parenting (recording)£7!
Everyone says, “just stay calm.” But it's just not that easy.
You are trying your hardest - but you're overwhelmed, snappy, emotional and absolutely exhausted.
Turns out, your sensory system has a lot to say about that.
This is the missing key to smoother parenting no one ever told you about— and honestly? Might just make the biggest difference.
In just one hour, you’ll get to know your own unique sensory profile—how it might be adding to your overwhelm, stress, and anxiety…and how it can also be the key to easing
it.
You’ll walk away with more calm, clarity, and confidence to be the parent you want to be — even when life’s tricky (because let’s be honest, parenting rarely runs smoothly).
Parental Burnout Introduction
Recording £7
Are you in parental burnout? Or perhaps you’re teetering on the edge of burnout. If so, I want you to know: you’re not alone.
I was always looking for the 'right' way to parent, placing huge amounts of pressure on myself to be the 'perfect parent'. Then on top of that I realised I was part of a family that needed to do things differently and that added a whole new level to the stresses and strains.
I slammed my way into burnout, without even realising what it was, or I was in it. Sometimes we know, sometimes we don't, sometimes we don't see it coming and sometimes we do but we can't avoid it, or we ignore it.
Navigating your way round burnout and through burnout is not easy and it takes time. There is no one size fits all or magic wand. BUT........... with knowledge, strategies, a plan and a back up team there is a way.

Top 3 Tips to Bring Internal Sunshine to Holidays Away From Home for Additional Needs Families
Let’s not sugarcoat it.
Holidays as an additional needs family? It’s not rest. It’s not a break. It’s often a shift in location with different stress.
You’re not packing swimsuits and good vibes —you’re packing medication, backup plans, sensory tools, and
a quiet hope that no one will meltdown. (Maybe even you.)
You love your kids. But sometimes you fantasise of a perfect holiday like the holiday brochures
This free video won’t make the holiday perfect. But it will
give you 3 real, road-tested tips to help you find moments of calm, connection, and yes — a bit of internal sunshine — even when the weather (or the kids) aren't cooperating.
Worn Out or Burnt Out
Burnout can often catch us by surprise, and it’s not always easy to recognize until it’s taken a heavy toll on our well-being.
Knowing the signs early
can make all the difference in managing it before it overwhelms you.
In this free guide, Liz has created a simple series of questions to help you identify if you’re experiencing burnout and to help you understand what steps you can take next to begin feeling more in control.
The guide also includes a short video to explain how to spot burnout and start making things feel more manageable, as well as a transcript for those who prefer reading.
By understanding where you are, you can take the first steps toward finding clarity and creating a more balanced, manageable life—on your terms.
The Essential Behaviour Detective Checklist
Liz has developed the Essential Behaviour Detective Checklist, a valuable resource that is available for free download. With years of experience, Liz understands the importance of identifying the underlying causes of behaviour before being able to form the individualised support children and young people might need. She realised both in her professional practice and with her own children, she was referring to a checklist in her head. This inspired her to create her Essential Behaviour Detective Checklist. This is available as a free PDF. This tool is designed to help parents and carers to begin to better understand and support the behaviours of their children and young people, empowering them to make meaningful changes for the better.
